Erica joined our staff in March of 2020. She has an extensive knowledge of real estate, having worked as a real estate agent for many years. She works relentlessly to get transactions to the closing table because she knows how important it is for everyone from realtors, lenders, and clients. If she isn’t answering emails, phone calls, or working on closing documents, she is keeping the staff laughing and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Erica is from Madison, AL, but has lived in Florence for 10 years, graduating from the University of North Alabama in 2013. She stayed close to the area because of the small-town hospitality and community feel. Erica and her husband, Chad, have two fur children, Piper and Presley. On the weekends, you can find Erica cheering for Alabama football or attending a country concert.
